For residents of Hardwick, East Hardwick, Craftsbury, Greensboro, Greensboro Bend, Calais, Walden, Wolcott, West Danville and Woodbury:

• Last name
• Home mailing address (if different from physical address)
• Phone number
• Email address
• Preferred method of contact (we can call, text, or email)

Answer these two questions:

1. Do you want to get our annual fundraising letter?
2. Do you want to sign-up for our electronic newsletter?
3. Are you interested in signing up for Libby eBooks and audiobooks?

If you live in another town but work in Hardwick, you can sign up by letting us know your business address in addition to your home mailing address. .

If you live in another town and don't work in Hardwick, you will need to sign up in person for $15/yr.
